Classes
YIT offers a variety of educational classes in performing arts from professional trained instructors. Students will learn, grow and have fun in each aspect through activities, games, handouts, performance and more. Classes vary at every age level, guaranteeing we can meet your student right where they are. Registration closes 1 week prior to the start of the semester.
Mini Music Makers for Ages 0-5 (w/adult) | Tuesdays @ 10am
Monthly Sessions Starting September 3rd | Bond with your child in this joyous class while developing his or her listening and motor skills, language development, and a sense of balance and timing. Each month will feature children’s stories to support a seasonal or musical theme.
Music & Movement for Ages 4-5 | Mondays @ 4:30pm
Starts September 30th | An introductory class with lessons in music and stage movement. The class is designed to introduce children into the performing arts and will include a small performance after the final class with family friendly songs for our little ones.
Musical Theatre: Beetlejuice Class for Ages 8-17 | Saturdays @ 9:30am
Starts September 28th | The curriculum includes lessons in acting skills, dance technique, vocal performance, stage presence, theatre terminology and more. Each week we will also work on a short musical theatre piece that will include a small performance at the studio recital.
