Luke Lecher
Luke Lecher holds an M.F.A. in Theatre with an emphasis in Theatre Management from Wayne State University in Detroit, and a B.S. in Business Management from Marian University in Indianapolis, where he also minored in Theatre and concentrated in Business Creation and Development. A passionate advocate for the performing arts, Luke founded and operated his own production company in southeast Indiana before pursuing graduate studies in Michigan.
Luke has extensive experience in non-profit arts management, with a focus on strategic planning, program development, and community partnerships. His work in arts marketing and audience engagement has helped grow and diversify audiences across a range of performing arts organizations, combining creative storytelling with data-driven strategies to build lasting connections between artists and their communities.
In addition to his administrative work, Luke has directed more than ten youth theatre productions at North Decatur Jr.-Sr. High School, Oldenburg Academy, and Lumen Christi in downtown Indianapolis. He currently resides in Indianapolis with his wife and children.
